I2T2 Terms and Conditions

Payment is required to confirm registration. The registration discounts will apply only to payments received by the specified dates. Payment can be made by major credit card only or PayPal account. Paid no-shows will receive all materials covered by their registration fees. No one under 18 years of age will be admitted to any Symposium event.

*No refunds or cancellations, name changes only.  Substitutions for registrants will be accepted through May 14, 2023. To provide a substitute, email info@i2t2symposium.org with the details.

If the International In-Situ Thermal Treatment (i2t2) Symposium Society cancels the Symposium due to circumstances beyond i2t2’s reasonable control such as, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, government emergency, labor strikes, and/ or unavailability of the event or exhibition facility, i2t2 shall refund to attendee his/her previously paid registration fee(s) less a share of the event cost incurred by i2t2. This refund shall be the attendee’s exclusive remedy and i2t2’s sole liability for cancellation of the event for reasons generally described in this paragraph. i2t2 Symposium shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
